Each pathway has a core entry course, related specialties, and an advanced or workplace step. The Safety core and Advanced SHE ladders are online in Moodle now. Plant and operator ladders stay practical / on-site until eLearning is ready.

Workplace safety core
ABC’s first Moodle set starts here: first aid, fire fighting, working at heights, SHE awareness, confined spaces, LOTO, and evacuation marshall.
Ideal for New teams, designated first aiders, and floor marshalls.

Online now for appointed representatives, investigators, and officers: H&S Rep, incident investigation, risk assessment, legal liability, safety officer, and train the trainer.
Ideal for Appointed SHE reps, supervisors, and safety officers.

Complete Safety core courses first where possible.
2. Appointed roles
Health and Safety Representative and Legal Liability.
3. Advanced
Incident Investigator, Risk Assessment, Safety Officer, Train the Trainer.

Materials handling pathway
Forklift and warehouse specialties. These remain practical / on-site with ABC assessors. Moodle eLearning for this ladder is coming later.
Ideal for Warehouse, logistics, and distribution teams.

Forklift Operator — practical / on-site (coming online later).

Reach truck, power pallet, VNA turret, cherry picker / MEWP, scissor lift, telehandler.

Book a practical with an ABC assessor, then certificate.

Construction and yard plant: TLB, front end loader, excavator, skidsteer, overhead and truck-mounted cranes, tractor, and lowbed. Practical / on-site — coming online later.
Ideal for Construction, civil, factory, and transport teams.
